Pullman, Washington, United States
These beautifully made oak pews have been in use in Pullman’s Community
Congregational United Church of Christ over 50 years.
The length of those that will be sold is 12 feet, the height 31 inches, with bench seats 15 inches
deep and angled back supports 18 inches high.
The cushions on the pew’s bench seats are worn, but removal of the upholstery reveals unmarred wood.
We have provided images of an upholstered pew, a detail of the hymnal racks on its back, and a
grouping of pews that will remain in the church and illustrate how they appear without upholstery cushions.
Because CCUCC is shifting to chairs in its sanctuary, it seeks a new home for these pews. It
believes their present market value would be at least $100 each but will negotiate
the price depending on the buyer’s intended use, number purchased, and willingness
to move them.
