Gabriel Services or its affiliates will not give, sell, or otherwise lend your personal information to any person, group or organization at any time now or in the future.  However, by posting a listing or sending a testimony you agree that your name, phone, email and other information needed may be on the Gabriel Services website, and subsequent information may be posted to update the listing.   If you request it, we will provide an alternate email address so that your email address will be kept private.   In addition, Gabriel Services Website users may not use other peoples or other entities e-mails that they do not have full rights to use, nor send the Gabriel Services Website to peoples or other entities with whom they are not acquainted and have permission. All entries become property of Gabriel Services,  and automatically places the user on the  Gabriel Services mailing list. Gabriel Services is affiliated with The Church Fellowship Missions Association,  a non-denominational Association of  Evangelical Christian Churches, Missions and Services whose purpose is to assist one another in carrying out the Great Commission, and to help new evangelical churches, missions, and related organizations get started and grow in their respective local communities.   Contributing churches, missions and Services form the membership of CFMA, and their participation, although voluntary, is greatly appreciated in the ongoing efforts of the Association.  To maintain our independence,  Gabriel Services is not a 501 (C)3 organization and donations are not tax advantaged.

These Terms of Use shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States. Further, any disputes relating to these Terms of Use or the Site will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Any claim relating to these Terms of Use or the Site shall be exclusively prosecuted in a federal or provincial court of competent jurisdiction located within the Counties of Roanoke or Franklin, Virginia,  United States, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such court solely for such purposes and you further waive any argument that any such court does not have jurisdiction over such dispute or that venue in any such court is not appropriate or convenient. Gabriel Services, will be entitled to recover their court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in successfully proving any breach of any term of these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements, proposals or communications with respect to the subject matter herein between you and Gabriel Services. Gabriel Services in their sole discretion may amend these Terms of Use, and your use of the Site after such amendment is posted on the Site will constitute acceptance of it by you.
